National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) (Thai: สถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์) is a government-supported graduate institution with university status. NIDA's creation was inspired by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej's vision of advancing Thailand's development through the establishment of an advanced educational institution. Through teaching, training, research, and consulting, NIDA provides knowledge, analysis, and skills for application at the community, national, and regional levels.

The applicant must have a Bachelor degree in any field from accredited academic institutions.
Native English applicants or applicants who have completed prior undergraduate studies from English-speaking countries are exempt from taking the TOEFL. |
The applicant must have a Master degree in any field from accredited academic institutions. For applicants who either come from English speaking nations or who graduated from undergraduate and graduate level that used English as the teaching medium are exempt from taking the TOEFL. |
